Overview
Vriddhi Research (SEBI Registered Research Analyst — Reg. No. INH000017532) operates a strict no-refund policy for services already availed, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
All sales are final for the paid period of services consumed. Client dissatisfaction with service quality or research outcomes does not entitle any refund or compensation.
SEBI Compliance
As per SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, refunds are permitted only for the unused portion of subscription periods upon client request.
⚠️ Refunds for availed services are strictly prohibited under SEBI guidelines, regardless of client satisfaction or trading outcomes.
Refund Procedure
- Pro-rata calculation for unused subscription period only
- Deducts charges for services already consumed
- Includes applicable taxes and administrative fees
- Processed within 7-10 working days via original payment method
Clients must submit refund requests within 30 days of subscription start via email with complete details.
No Refund Scenarios
